Cancellations: A buyer may for any reason cancel their order at any time up to 2 working days, prior to products being despatched to the buyer by either emailing
filtersales@continentalwater.com.au or calling (02)9838 0555 and quoting your contact details, product details and invoice number. Should the product have been despatched, Continental Water will effect a refund upon receipt of the goods back in original condition and will refund the cost of the goods, but not the postage and handling charge.
Refunds: Any price refunds will be affected within 30 days after Continental Water has received a cancellation of original order and was notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned product in original saleable condition.
Product warranties: Continental Water products are warrantied with normal wear and tear and usage. All product to be used as it is intended. Subject to applicable law, Continental Water does not make any other warranty or representation about products on offer. In respect of any statutory warranty that Continental Water cannot exclude, subject to applicable law, Continental Water’s liability is limited, at its option, to the replacement or re-supply of the products or a refund of the cost of the products were applicable.

Brands and logos displayed on the web site may be the subject of registered trademarks of Continental Water or its product suppliers and protected by law.
Third-party content: If the web site displays material sourced from a third party (including a supplier of product, or a consumer of product), Continental Water does not warrant or represent the accuracy, utility or other characteristic of that material.
Indemnity: A visitor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless each of Continental Water its officers, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to the visitor's account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by the visitor or any other person accessing the web site using the visitor's Internet account.

Force majeure: Continental Water is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control.
