With the exception of our countertop systems, which clip straight on to your cold water tap, your filter system must be installed by a Licensed Plumber.

If your plumber has any questions about installation, please have him get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.

Really, the only maintenance required to keep your system in top condition and providing clean, fresh water for you and your family, is to change the filter cartridges.

Now, how often you need to change is, obviously, dependant on how much water you use and how contaminated it is.

However, under normal conditions your cartridge should last a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months.

We recommend that, to ensure your system keeps working at its peak, your cartridges are changed every 6 months and, if you register with us, we’ll keep a record of what you have installed and send you a reminder email.

Every product we sell comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty and, in the case of filter cartridges, is certified to comply with its particular micron rating.
